It's the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL! Hallelujah!
We have a 2nd grader:
Who is being taught this year by Mrs. Allen (a new teacher to Marion this year)
A 4th grader:
Who has Mrs. Milam for homeroom (Potts and Smith as well)
And we have a BIG MAN on campus, 6th grader Sam who has ALL the teachers. He wouldn't let me take a photo of him with his "homeroom" teacher--he's growing up (sniff sniff)
And an 8th grader, who got picked up by the morning carpool and will have her last year at Curtis Middle School

As much as we tried to squeeze in this appointment BEFORE school started, this appointment happened on the 3rd day of school. Isn't her smile GORGEOUS!
This is a photo comparison from the first day of braces to the last, I can't believe how much she's grown!
Other happenings to note are that Pearl celebrated a birthday with us.
And Sam was awarded a bunch of Merit badges at a court of honor. That's one productive week at scout camp!
