This is what gear ready for a week of scout camp for my older two boys looks like!
But not without life being interesting. We were hauling the boat back up to the lake and heard an awful noise. Turns out the tail pipe of the truck came loose and was dragging on the ground. Stephen's friend Kevin appreciated our "ox in a mire" situation with it being Sunday and they were leaving early the next morning for scout camp so he got his welding gear on and helped with a quick fix.
While the boys were at scout camp we enjoyed a couple days in Houston with cousins. They have a pool....
A friend from my mission, Greg Adams was in town. We hosted them to swim at our neighborhood pool and then we went and got a few flavors of Blue Bell ice cream to enjoy!
